About the position

The Program Analyst will serve in the Ranges/Targets Ops & Labs Group of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU, focusing on conducting studies and analyses related to program objectives, policies, and management concerns. The role involves interfacing with external stakeholders, managing project plans, and ensuring adherence to quality assurance and configuration management requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct studies and analysis of program/project objectives and policies.
• Interface with external customers/stakeholders to develop and modify cost/schedule proposals.
• Develop and modify project management plans and required documents.
• Manage and oversee the development, testing, and production of instrumentation system programs.
• Interact with customers and design/production teams to track work progress and ensure adherence to costs and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with division's configuration management requirements and quality assurance plans.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
• Experience in creating ROMs/Cost Estimates, Task Agreements, Project Management Plans, and Customer Service Agreements.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and performance in accordance with sponsor program requirements.
• Experience ensuring timely achievement of schedule milestones within sponsor's guidelines.
