About the position

The FENIX Program Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the F-35 Emulated Non-OFP Interoperability Xperience (FENIX) program by ensuring compliance with security and export policies, managing information transfers, and overseeing program policies. This position involves coordinating international cooperative projects and providing essential programmatic and customer services to ensure smooth operations within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day operation of international cooperative projects, including tracking software development coordination and required report submissions.
  • Manage and coordinate all activities associated with releasability and disclosure, including organization and analysis of Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Generate, maintain, and track a list of all disclosure requests; analyze and edit documents for release according to policy regulations.
  • Coordinate with the Development Team to ensure new capabilities and features have appropriate authorization for distribution to FENIX customers.
  • Ensure appropriate approvals for data release are obtained from authorized agencies and organizations.
  • Document and store all approvals and authorizations for easy accessibility.
  • Develop, administer, and monitor customer collaboration share space, managing access based on established permissions policy.
  • Develop and track all FENIX user agreements, ensuring all component equities are covered.
  • Provide status reports to program leadership regarding technical and programmatic aspects of all program activities.
  • Provide additional support as necessary to assist the daily operations of the FENIX team.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in international cooperative projects and foreign military sales (FMS), including foreign disclosure and releasability knowledge.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Required security clearance (Secret Level, Minimum).
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Risk communication skills.
