About the position

The Program Analyst position involves collaborating with program managers to develop and implement both short-term and long-range program plans. The role focuses on analyzing management information requirements and maintaining a reporting system to support program officials. Additionally, the analyst will translate program objectives into actionable contracts and procurements, ensuring compliance with approved plans and budget administration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program managers to formulate short-term and long-range program plans.
• Analyze management information requirements to develop and maintain a management information reporting system.
• Translate program objectives into necessary contracts, contractor support, procurements, and field activity tasking.
• Ensure material procurements and services are in accordance with approved plans, agreements, and contracts.
• Perform budget administration work, advising on the time-phasing of budget plans and developing budgetary actions.

Requirements

• Experience in program management and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to assess management information requirements.
• Ability to translate program objectives into contracts and procurements.
