About the position
The Program and Membership Coordinator at the Denver Architecture Foundation (DAF) plays a crucial role in supporting various programs and increasing membership. This position involves logistical organization, customer service, and collaboration with the Program Manager and CEO to enhance both youth and adult programs. The coordinator will manage ticketing, marketing, and community outreach while also handling administrative tasks related to membership management.
Responsibilities
- Support youth program coordination including recruitment, supply orders, and program evaluations.
- Manage ticketing and marketing for adult programs such as walking tours and lectures.
- Conduct research and outreach to identify new program opportunities.
- Oversee volunteer recruitment efforts and staff tours and events as needed.
- Manage Salesforce database and online document systems for the organization.
- Handle membership management including recruitment, retention, and communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media management.
- Strong customer service skills and process-oriented mindset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
