About the position

The Sr. IT Project Manager at Lumen Solutions Group Inc. is responsible for leading, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). This role involves overseeing complex enterprise-wide corporate initiatives that engage multiple stakeholder groups and utilize Agile methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Actively plans and manages large scale Waterfall or Agile projects around scheduled program increments and milestones, scope, cost, resource health, and risks while collaborating with stakeholders.
• Plans and owns project finances, including timing implications and key payment dates, while proactively reporting status and fulfilling project analysis requests.
• Leads and contributes to vendor selection and procurement activities, ensuring project success through effective resource and operational planning.
• Prepares key documents, presents business cases, and produces reports while collaborating with stakeholders to facilitate project funding and initiation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 5 years of experience leading projects in a cross-functional, technical systems implementation.
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required.

Nice-to-haves

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
• SAFe Scrum Master Certification.
