Work Schedule: Mon to Fri, 8:30 to 4:30; 1 hour lunch - 35 hours work week Summary: This position provides clerical assistance to our various agency departments and performs receptionist duties. Duties: Perform receptionist duties and provide switchboard coverage as needed. Assist various departments with clerical & administrative needs i.e., filing, phone calls, appointment setting and agency internal correspondence. Requirements: High School Diploma/GED and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) required. One year front desk/switchboard experience preferred. Successful candidates must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
