The Program/Budget Analyst position at KBR involves providing comprehensive budget planning, forecasting, development, analysis, and execution of various funding types for government contracts and organic expenditures. The role requires the analyst to develop project schedules, coordinate financial requirements, and prepare detailed briefings and graphic presentations for the Air Missile Defense Logistics Management, Engineering staff, industry partners, and multiple other agencies. The analyst will manage, coordinate, and justify budget requirements while ensuring the submission and maintenance of accurate documentation related to budget requirements and execution across multiple fund types. In addition to budget management, the analyst will assist in contract preparation and negotiations, as well as Task Order preparations. The role includes managing task funding, overseeing weekly and monthly invoicing, and preparing status reports for review. The analyst will attend various meetings and briefings, providing research and data for multiple funding, taskers, planning, budget, audit, scheduling, and transportation requirements. This includes the preparation and submission of OMA and procurement funding requirements, as well as Second Destination Transportation (SDT) Funding Verification & Use Authorization (FVUA) documents for the shipment of requirements for Support Action Officers (AOs) and Field Offices (FOs) within the Comprehensive Cost and Requirement (CCaR) program. This position is an On-Site TDA role at the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office.
