About The Position
The Program Consultant for the Guest Services Call Center is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries about the OHI Body-Mind-Spirit program, and utilizing consultative sales techniques to book reservations and generate revenue. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction and performance metrics, while also supporting various functions within the Guest Services Team, including front desk coverage and assistance at the Optimum Health Store.
