About the position

The Program Controls Manager at T.Y. Lin International is a key role responsible for overseeing project and program management with a focus on PMIS implementation and financial controls. This remote-based position requires travel within the Central, Northeast, and Mid-Atlantic regions, and aims to ensure the successful execution of large Capital Improvement Programs through timely reporting, financial forecasting, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMIS implementations to deliver insightful reports and variance analysis.
• Support project managers in monitoring KPIs and managing scope, budget, and risks.
• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project controls within aviation, civil, or vertical structures.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Primavera P6, and project control software like e-Builder or Unifier.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• A commitment to innovation, integrity, and client-focused solutions.
