The position involves coordinating and providing senior-level administrative support to an ongoing program at the University. The role requires ensuring that the implementation and prescribed activities of the program are carried out in accordance with specified objectives. The individual will participate in planning, develop methods for program implementation and administration, and coordinate program activities and processes. Additionally, the position includes reviewing program records and reports, recommending modifications to methods or procedures, and preparing recurring and ad hoc program reports for management use. The role also involves assisting in the preparation of reports, proposals, manuals, and other documentation as required for the program, participating in budget planning, and controlling expenditures in accordance with budget allocations. The individual will conduct formal training or give instruction regarding program policies and procedures, interact with faculty, staff, and students to promote the goals and objectives of the program, and develop and maintain a database on research studies and policy issues. Other job-related duties may be required as necessary.
