All Chicago is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our team in the fight against homelessness. This position is crucial in developing and implementing innovative approaches to homelessness prevention within the Chicago community. The Program Coordinator will work closely with various stakeholders, including service providers, government officials, and community members, to ensure effective collaboration and resource allocation. The role involves overseeing prevention financial resources and ensuring compliance with documentation and reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to produce high-quality deliverables that support partner agencies in performance improvement. In this role, the Program Coordinator will facilitate meetings with stakeholders and subcontracted partners, develop relevant meeting materials, set agendas, and provide timely minutes and key takeaways. They will also be responsible for maintaining organizational files and documents in SharePoint, ensuring that all materials are up-to-date and accessible. The Program Coordinator will act as an ambassador for All Chicago, demonstrating a commitment to the organizational mission and the priorities of the Chicago Continuum of Care system. This position requires active participation in both internal and external meetings, as well as involvement in assigned committees related to the Continuum of Care and national initiatives. The Program Coordinator will also engage in administrative activities, including creating an annual professional development plan and demonstrating excellent stewardship of departmental resources. They will communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and partners, and think creatively in the development of new applications and systems to support the organization's mission.
