About the position

As a Program Coordinator for Blended Case Management at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, you will be responsible for the delivery, coordination, supervision, and management of the Blended Case Management Department. This role involves managing compliance activities, providing crisis intervention support, and displaying leadership in meetings with community stakeholders. You will also manage daily administrative functions and perform competency assessments as required. The position is primarily based in Malvern, PA, with some work-related travel to case management services within the local community, primarily in Chester County.

Responsibilities

• Delivery, coordination, supervision, and management of the Blended Case Management Department.
• Manage compliance activities, weekly supervision, accountability measures, and operational standards within the department.
• Assist with crisis intervention and serve as additional on-call support.
• Display leadership in attending meetings with community stakeholders, system partners, and BHMCOs while coordinating program activities.
• Manage daily administrative functions of the case management.
• Perform competency assessments as required and participate in program expansion projects.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Human services or related field with 3 years of direct care experience, or BA degree with 5 years of direct care experience in which 2 years are as supervisor.
• 3-5 years of experience in behavioral health care, mental health, or drug/alcohol program.
• Valid driver's license must be maintained.
