About the position

The Program Coordinator at MindPoint Group will support the Department of Justice Security Operations Center (JSOC) by managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for personnel. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The coordinator will perform administrative tasks related to hiring and ensure that all processes are followed efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Support the PM/DPM and other Managers by performing administrative tasks related to hiring, onboarding, and offboarding personnel on 200+ FTE government contract.
  • Follow established processes to open job requisitions, enter offer requests, submit visit access requests, provision accounts, order hardware and software, and coordinate badging and clearances.
  • Actively follow up on internal and external dependencies to ensure critical path items are not missed.
  • Brief the status of onboarding and offboarding activities, both verbally and in writing, on behalf of the program.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the area of responsibility.
  • Manage small projects such as tracking and reporting on training completion and retrieving GFE.
  • Manage and report on other ad hoc data calls as requested.
  • Establish and maintain strong positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create status reports, SOPs, and other documentation as requested.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Attention to detail, especially under pressure and deadlines
  • Time management skills with the ability to perform tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Ability to properly prioritize tasks and complete them quickly and accurately
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Documentation management skills (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint, Excel) and the ability to use project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira)
  • Desire to work in a dynamic and fluid environment where priorities frequently shift

Nice-to-haves

  • Non-technical understanding of cybersecurity service delivery in one or more key areas (e.g., GRC, SOC, Engineering)
