About the position

The Program Coordinator for Executive Education at Harvard Business School plays a crucial role in the delivery of Executive Education programs. This position involves coordinating logistics for both on-site and virtual sessions, facilitating remote learning, and managing day-to-day operations for a portfolio of programs. The coordinator works closely with faculty, participants, and various support departments to ensure smooth program execution and participant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with faculty to confirm session details and coordinate program materials.
  • Be the primary contact for faculty and participants for all program-related support.
  • Coordinate and administer program schedules for domestic and international programs.
  • Build and maintain participant websites for each program.
  • Coordinate experiential learning exercises and team-building activities.
  • Maintain records of faculty materials, participant feedback, schedules, vendors, and evaluations.
  • Coordinate program logistics for on-campus programs, including meals, housing, and special events.
  • Host online sessions, sharing documents and videos, administering polls, and facilitating communication.
  • Use Salesforce to track and manage participant enrollment and cancellations.
  • Coordinate, process, and track program purchases and expenses.
  • Staff the program office when programs are in session and facilitate online Zoom sessions.
  • Collaborate with other Executive Education teams and support department-wide initiatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service-oriented and/or administrative support role.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is a must.
