About The Position
The Program Coordinator for Home Youth Services at Mid-Willamette Valley Community Action Agency is responsible for coordinating processes and procedures to identify and prioritize unaccompanied minors, youth, and young adults for the Coordinated Entry System in alignment with the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Project grant goals. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with community partners to support youth experiencing homelessness.
