About the position

The Program Coordinator/Administrative Coordinator role at Innova Solutions involves managing the daily administrative activities of the residency program while serving as the primary liaison between various stakeholders, including the Program Director, residents, faculty, and teaching sites. The position is primarily focused on program coordination, with a smaller portion dedicated to administrative tasks within the department.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative activities of the residency program.
  • Supervise administrative and professional responsibilities for the program.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the department and all parties in the residency program, including the Program Director, residents, faculty, and teaching sites.
  • Coordinate 80% of the time for the program and 20% for administrative coordination for the department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in public health, Health Education, or a related field.
  • 2 or more years of experience with the administration of educational programs.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Equivalent experience, education, and training may be considered for the education requirements.
