As a Program Coordinator I, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our staff while ensuring compliance with program requirements. You will coach, mentor, and train direct report staff, providing continuous performance management and conducting employee performance evaluations. Your responsibilities will include assessing the educational and experience needs of staff, participating in recruitment and selection, and providing orientation to new employees. You will also assist in creating, maintaining, and implementing program policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to grant and program requirements, and managing program budgets. In addition to these responsibilities, you will work collaboratively with community partners to provide services to Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic (YVFWC) clients, demonstrating cultural awareness and the ability to conduct business with local agencies. You will lead quality improvement and customer satisfaction activities to enhance service delivery and will present seminars and workshops to parent participants and community partners.
