About the position

The AI Program Management team at SPECTRAFORCE is seeking a Program Coordinator III to play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and tracking operational processes that support the execution of various AI programs. This position is fully remote and open to candidates across the USA. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all execution-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, contributing to the successful delivery of programs. This includes managing logistical operations and facilitating collaboration among cross-functional teams within Meta. In this role, the Program Coordinator will handle a variety of tasks that are essential for program execution. These tasks may include coordinating contract submissions, processing payments, onboarding vendors, and managing project tracking tools. The coordinator will work closely with different teams to ensure that all aspects of the program are aligned and that deadlines are met. Strong project management skills are crucial, as the coordinator will be expected to build and maintain tracking tools that manage budgets, timelines, and workflows. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail. The ability to work independently and manage time effectively is essential, as is proficiency in Google Suite applications such as Docs and Sheets. This position requires a proactive approach to managing tasks and a commitment to supporting the overall success of the AI programs.

Responsibilities

  • Support all execution-related tasks in order to deliver programs.
  • Coordinate contract submission, payment processing, and vendor onboarding.
  • Manage team project tracking tools.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams within Meta.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years professional experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time
  • Strong project management skills, including building tracking tools to manage budget, timelines, and workflow
  • Strong technical skills in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc)
  • Contract Submission/Execution Experience (not a Contract Negotiation/Contract Review Role)
  • Payment (PO) Processing, Payment Creation
  • Vendor/Contract Onboarding
