About the position

The Program Coordinator Marketing at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital is responsible for the development, planning, and implementation of new and expanded programs in collaboration with executives. This role oversees the Marketing and Communications Department's efforts to enhance services provided by various teams, including Client Services, Media, and Web teams. The coordinator will provide programmatic support while managing a range of administrative and project work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the organization's goals of improving service levels and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project development, planning, and implementation of new and expanded programs.
• Oversees efforts of the Marketing and Communications Department to improve services.
• Provides programmatic support to leaders and departments while performing administrative and coordination tasks.
• Contributes to meeting organizational goals, including improving service levels and business processes.
• Provides supervisory oversight of program personnel, including training and mentoring staff.
• Serves as the administrative representative of Marketing/Communications Leadership to identify operational deficiencies.
• Establishes and maintains external vendor relationships and acts as the department liaison.
• Initiates programs and projects in consultation with Leadership and coordinates their implementation.
• Assists in the development of event and project proposals and budgets.
• Monitors operating budgets for assigned hospitals and analyzes financial data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, Finance or related field required.
• Two years' experience in marketing, project management, or related field.
• Two years high-level administrative experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in a hospital environment.
• Experience with budgets and financial reporting.
• Experience in Kronos and Strata.
