About The Position
As a Residential Program Coordinator (PC), you are the lead Direct Support Professional (DSP). You will help support individuals to live independently by providing direct support and positive direction while promoting self-determination, independence, and goal setting. In addition, you would be responsible for providing one-to-one training of staff and assisting with administrative activities. Please note this is not a supervisory role.
