About the position

The Program Coordinator at Elevate K-12 is responsible for supporting the live streamed classroom experience by managing and guiding team members in the execution of educational programs. This role focuses on improving student academic performance and ensuring client satisfaction through effective program management and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and visiting school programs in the region.
  • Guiding team members for the on-site execution of the program, including class management and Quality Assurance.
  • Training assigned classroom support personnel.
  • Evaluating classroom support personnel on their job performance during program operation via the Quality Assurance Process.
  • Assisting with technology set-ups at the schools where programs will be starting as needed.
  • Managing implementation on the first day of programs.
  • Available to support in person and virtually during school hours.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Past program or project management experience preferred.
  • Experience in the public or private school environment.
  • Displays high level of personal and professional integrity.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with strong organization skills.
  • Engaging personality.
  • Passion for student success.
