Project ECHO has an amazing opportunity for 8 new Program Coordinators to join our New Mexico Programs (NM Programs) team! The Programs Coordinators will play pivotal roles in the successful implementation and management of multiple ECHO Programs in the state of New Mexico and will support at least three to five programs each. These positions will facilitate communication and coordination between program stakeholders, including presenters, participants, hub team members, and other ECHO staff. Your responsibilities as a Program Coordinator will include managing the day-to-day operations of at least three to five ECHO programs, including logistics and communications. You will be responsible for editing, maintaining, and distributing fliers, announcements, and email communications. Monitoring attendance data and entering data into needed databases will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will develop and maintain working SOPs for the successful maintenance of an ECHO program, regularly reviewing and updating SOPs for the Program Coordinator position to reflect program changes and improvements, ensuring efficiency and consistency in program operations. You will respond to program-specific email inquiries and/or connect inquiries with the appropriate party(s), collaborating with team members to ensure inquiries are directed to the appropriate individuals or departments for further assistance, fostering effective communication and support. Reporting PHI breaches and coordinating with appropriate ECHO teams to resolve issues will be essential. You will provide support and note-taking for the launch and implementation of ECHO programs, assist in organizing and documenting hub team meetings, ECHO team meetings, and ensuring clear communication and follow-up actions. Coordinating logistics for program activities, ensuring smooth execution of program plans, and helping create a collaborative team environment with a diverse range of stakeholders will be key aspects of your role. You will also coordinate the provision of Joint Accreditation applications and reports, facilitator guides, and case forms, managing the distribution and collection of accreditation-related documents, ensuring timely submission and compliance with accreditation requirements. Providing logistical support for the development and dissemination of facilitator guides and case forms will facilitate the smooth operation of ECHO programs. Delivering engaging presentations that highlight the key features and benefits of NM programs, aiming to attract and inform potential partners, and actively engaging with participants during training events, answering questions and providing insights to enhance their understanding of NM programs will be part of your responsibilities. Project ECHO is committed to democratizing implementation of best practices in healthcare, education, and other areas where first-mile professionals need support. We do this by training universities, nonprofits, and dedicated individuals on facilitation skills and how to set up robust virtual communities of practice to be able to scale their own expertise and missions to the benefit of their local communities.
