About the position
The Program Coordinator is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of basketball programs aimed at supporting the growth and needs of athletes from 2nd grade to 12th grade. This part-time role requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in basketball and coaching, as well as excellent administrative and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement program initiatives that support athletes' development.
- Facilitate basketball programming for ages 2nd grade to 12th grade.
- Recruit and market new and upcoming programming.
- Coach and facilitate basketball activities.
Requirements
- Strong background in basketball and coaching.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Strong communication skills.
