About the position

Divine House Inc. is seeking a kind, compassionate, and responsible Program Coordinator (PC) to supervise all aspects of the daily operation of a licensed group home in New London, MN. The Program Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and protection of the rights of each person served in the program. This position requires effective supervision of direct care staff, ensuring that they are providing the necessary support to each individual in accordance with their Coordinated Service and Support Plan (plan of care). The PC will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of these plans, ensuring that the needs, interests, and preferences of each individual are respected and catered to in a safe and healthy environment that maximizes personal success. The Program Coordinator must possess strong communication skills, both oral and written, and be capable of creating documents that are legible and accurate. This role is vital in maintaining a supportive atmosphere for the residents, and the PC will be expected to foster a positive environment that encourages personal growth and development. A valid driver's license is required for this position, and the candidate must pass a Minnesota Department of Human Services background study. The starting pay for this position ranges from $17 to $18 per hour, depending on experience. The group home currently accommodates four adult females, and the PC will be instrumental in ensuring their well-being and quality of life.

Responsibilities
