About the position

The Program Coordinator for VNPCC Audiology plays a crucial role in supporting the health and wellness of Alaska Native and American Indian communities. This position involves administrative support, program coordination, and potential travel to various locations throughout Alaska to ensure effective service delivery. The coordinator will work closely with the community to understand their needs and facilitate health-related services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for program operations.
  • Coordinate program activities and ensure compliance with grant requirements.
  • Assist in project management and reporting for health-related initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and community members.
  • Travel to various locations in Alaska to support program implementation.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor's degree or four years of administrative support experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency as an Administrative Support III at SCF.

Nice-to-haves

  • Two years of Program Coordinator experience including one year of grant and/or project management experience.
  • Experience working with Alaska Native populations.
