About the position

The Program Coordinator at Corporate Fitness Works (CFW) plays a vital role in enhancing the well-being of the working population through tailored fitness solutions. This position involves engaging with members, leading group exercise classes, and fostering a supportive environment that promotes health and fitness. The coordinator will also be responsible for developing program plans, managing budgets, and ensuring exceptional member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and friendly environment that fosters an exceptional member experience.
• Build connections with members and anticipate their needs with proactive customer service.
• Lead the development of annual program plans and implementation of creative incentive and well-being programs to ensure ongoing member engagement.
• Contribute to ongoing client communication including reports and meetings.
• Support ongoing budget management efforts.
• Develop customized workout plans for members to help them reach their personal fitness goals.
• Lead new and innovative group exercise classes.
• Assist the team in overseeing general facility operations.
• Demonstrate commitment to professional growth through industry and company involvement and goal setting.
• Support CFW culture and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-2 years experience in the fitness industry, supervisory experience required.
• ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, or NSCA certification preferred.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications (American Red Cross or American Heart Association), in-person skills component required.
