Growmetix is a training, coaching, and consulting practice dedicated to advocating for economic mobility by assisting disadvantaged businesses in their growth. The organization is currently seeking a part-time Program Coordinator for its Charlotte, NC office. This role is pivotal in overseeing the development, implementation, and execution of business education and technical assistance programs. The Program Coordinator will focus on building strong relationships with clients, partners, program participants, alumni, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all projects are managed effectively from initiation to closure while adhering to the defined scope, schedule, and budget. In this position, the Program Coordinator will coordinate educational and technical assistance programs specifically designed to support minority- and woman-owned businesses. This includes establishing and nurturing relationships with external partners and collaborating with internal team members to enhance program outcomes. The role also involves establishing, tracking, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to assess program effectiveness. Administrative support is a significant aspect of the role, which includes scheduling interviews for program applicants, managing learning content in the program's Learning Management System (LMS), and tracking attendance and participation details. Additional program management responsibilities may arise as needed. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field, along with excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications are essential. Familiarity with workflow management tools such as Asana, Monday, or Trello, as well as calendaring tools like Calendly or MS Outlook, is also required. Knowledge of project management principles and experience managing project budgets is crucial, with PMI-CAPM or PMI-PMP certification considered a plus.
