The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Cancer Center. The Program Coordinator will work closely with Program Directors to facilitate mentor-matching processes and collaborate with various stakeholders to create, implement, and analyze program evaluations and participant tracking surveys. Additionally, the role involves coordinating human resources processes for onboarding program participants, including hiring and access processes, as well as managing travel and housing arrangements for out-of-state participants. In terms of event and meeting planning, the Program Coordinator will organize program events, handle logistics such as room reservations and catering, and create program materials including agendas and certificates. The role also includes assisting in the development of creative materials like PowerPoint presentations and brochures, and managing program event calendars. Furthermore, the Program Coordinator will assist program directors with grant applications, manage financial accounts, and ensure adherence to budget policies. This position requires independent management of logistics and planning for various educational outreach activities and events.
