The Program Coordinator position at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is responsible for supporting the Pike County program and its director. This role focuses on the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring contract compliance, service delivery, and managing the intake/referral process for participants. Responsibilities
- Provide support for the Pike County program and program director.
- Ensure contract compliance and service delivery.
- Manage the participants' intake/referral process for services.
- Perform advocacy duties as required.
- Serve as a positive role model for youth in community, school, and home settings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred; relevant experience in community-based agency programs is acceptable.
- At least one year of previous experience in managing personnel and budgets.
- Demonstrated communication skills, both oral and written.
- Experience in providing home and community-based services.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance declaration.
