Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate program strategies and initiatives to ensure their effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance and support to program managers and their teams to ensure successful program delivery.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify program needs, establish partnerships, and leverage resources.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of program staff.
• Conduct regular program assessments and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in program management to enhance program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Master's degree (preferred)
• CSAC, LPC, LCSW certification
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
