About the position

The Program Data Coordinator for the C3V program at PATH in San Diego, CA, plays a crucial role in supporting the data needs of the Coordinated Entry System (CES). This position involves aggregating and tracking program performance, assisting with contract compliance, and managing records and invoicing. The coordinator will work closely with the Data Manager and program leadership to ensure effective data management and reporting, ultimately contributing to the mission of helping individuals experiencing homelessness.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and monitor data systems.
  • Help develop and implement training programs aimed at developing partner capacity as it relates to the Coordinated Entry System.
  • Track outcomes and monitor progress against established goals.
  • Analyze programmatic data to determine strengths and gaps.
  • Complete reports for timely submission as required by funders.
  • Administer client databases, including generating and analyzing reports, user management, and adherence to Homeless Management Information Systems policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with and help implement document and data management policies in collaboration with the Data Manager.

Requirements

  • One (1) year of paid experience gathering and analyzing data in a social/human services field required.
  • CPR Certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Mid-level analysis skills
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Experience in case management
  • Experience in developing care plans.

Nice-to-haves

  • Three (3) years of paid experience gathering and analyzing data in a social/human services field.
