About the position

The Program Delivery Manager at Tekion plays a crucial role in collaborating with executive stakeholders to define use cases, leading delivery teams through deployment, driving user adoption, and ensuring the realization of business value. This hybrid position requires a blend of consulting, product management, project management, and stakeholder management skills, along with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to develop use cases that drive business value.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, QA, and DevOps to deliver successful deployments.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks.
• Remove obstacles before they become issues.
• Manage customer expectations.
• Quantify and track value metrics.
• Drive customer success and adoption with a focus on customer retention and expansion.
• Communicate effectively and proactively with customers to build trusted relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM; MBA preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in consulting, product, and/or delivery management.
• Credible customer presence with effective communication skills.
• Strong customer orientation with a drive to understand business needs.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate between business and technical domains of a software implementation project.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior Automotive internship experience.
• Experience leading customer engagements.
• Experience managing enterprise software solutions and driving tangible business value and outcomes for customers.
• Expertise in SaaS deployments and domain experience in automotive sales and marketing.
