About the position
The Program Director for the MSMFT/MSF programs at the Questrom School of Business is responsible for overseeing the design and management of the student experience in these graduate programs. This role emphasizes operational excellence and fostering a student-centered culture, while collaborating closely with faculty and managing program operations and staff.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage all aspects of the student experience for the MS in Finance and MS in Financial Management and Technology programs.
- Oversee program operations and staff, including Assistant Directors.
- Foster operational excellence and a values-driven culture within the programs.
- Collaborate with program Faculty Directors to enhance program offerings and student engagement.
- Assess and manage program outcomes using appropriate metrics.
Requirements
- Master's Degree required.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of related experience in academic program management.
- At least 3 years of management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop staff.
- Knowledge of the finance field is a plus.
- Ability to think strategically and assess outcomes.
