About the position

The Program Director for Outpatient Hyperbaric and Wound Care at Innovative Healing Systems Inc. is responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of the Wound and Hyperbaric Medicine Institute. This role focuses on ensuring excellent patient care and outcomes while achieving financial success. Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Wound and Hyperbaric Medicine Institute.
• Oversee staffing and training for clinic personnel.
• Act as a liaison between physicians, hospital personnel, and departments.
• Report to the Corporate Leadership Team and designated hospital leadership.
• Build and maintain a strong referral base for the clinic.
• Ensure excellent patient care and outcomes.

Requirements
