About the position

The Program Engineering Manager II at BAE Systems is responsible for leading multi-discipline engineering efforts in the Continuous Development and Integration (CD&I) of the F-15 Eagle Passive Active Warning and Survivability System (EPAWSS). This role involves overseeing software and firmware development, integration, and verification testing within Electronic Warfare (EW) systems. The position requires collaboration with various teams to enhance existing capabilities and implement new technologies, all while ensuring compliance with government contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline engineering efforts for the Continuous Development and Integration (CD&I) of the EPAWSS system.
• Oversee software and firmware development, integration, and verification testing within Electronic Warfare systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and program teams to drive innovation and fielding velocity.
• Manage agile development efforts and ensure effective team collaboration.
• Enhance existing capabilities and integrate new technologies into the EPAWSS system.

Requirements

• Experience in leading software and/or firmware development, integration, and verification test efforts within EW or similar systems.
• SECRET clearance required with the ability to obtain TOP SECRET clearance.

Nice-to-haves

• Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
