About the position

The Program Execution Group Manager at Credence Management Solutions, LLC is responsible for supporting the AFLCMC/LP at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing various processes to ensure effective program management and communication within the organization. The manager will oversee the preparation of reports, briefings, and staff meetings, while also maintaining compliance with internal and external requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assist, coordinate, draft, follow-up and execute processes.
• Assist with the planning and drafting of the Monthly Acquisition Report (MAR).
• Coordinate briefings, papers, and inputs to ensure continuity and standardization.
• Consolidate information for generating and facilitating staff meetings for senior program management.
• Maintain and execute the self-inspection checklist program.
• Manage and track internal and external suspense tasks.
• Plan and track award review boards, award and decoration packages, and personnel performance reports.
• Assist with training and preparation of staff summary sheets and packages.
• Consolidate package information that needs to be staffed.
• Assist with travel approval worksheets, including drafting estimates and justifications for travel.
• Consolidate and staff travel requests as required.
• Collaborate with team members to draft reports and briefs as required.
• Employ analytical methods to collect, analyze, and evaluate information required by Division Managers.
• Coordinate all Division's top issues, activity reports, and briefings for Engineering Directorate staff meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and three (3) years of relevant experience, or
• Associates Degree and seven (7) years of relevant experience, or
• Nine (9) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Secret clearance or ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
