About the position

The Program Finance Analyst at Leidos will manage the financial aspects of various intel contracts and programs within the Decision Advantage Solutions (DAS) Business Area and Multi-Domain Solutions (MDS) Division. This role involves significant interaction with the MDS Finance team and requires a strong understanding of multiple contract types, tools, and processes to ensure compliance and monitor performance. The analyst will be responsible for program life-cycle activities, financial projections, and reporting, contributing to the operational success of the programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage program life-cycle activities including project setup, invoicing support, accruals, financial projections, subcontractor tracking, and month-end close.
• Develop and maintain Estimates at Completion (EACs).
• Interact with Program Managers and other functional teams including Ops/Line Management, Finance, Contracts, and Procurement.
• Prepare written, verbal, and quantitative reports for customer deliverables, including the Contract Status Funds Report (CFSR).
• Conduct variance analysis covering Revenue, Profit, Cash, Backlog, Risks, and Opportunities.
• Participate in proposals through cost modeling and input into cost volumes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of related program financial control experience.
• Familiarity with multiple contract types such as FFP, LOE, CPFF, and T&M.
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in the government contracting industry.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
