About the position

As a Program Financial Analyst I at Sierra Space, you will play a crucial role in reviewing, monitoring, and controlling project data to support both internal and external project reporting. Your responsibilities will include preparing budgets and schedules for contract work, assisting with cost proposals, conducting pricing documentation, performing "what-if" cost analysis, and managing program cost forecasts and cost variance analysis. This position is essential for maintaining realistic contract cost and schedule baselines, thereby positively impacting the business.

Responsibilities

• Review, monitor, and control project data for internal and external reporting.
• Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work.
• Assist with cost proposals and pricing documentation.
• Conduct "what-if" cost analysis and program cost forecasts.
• Perform cost variance analysis to maintain contract cost and schedule baselines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
• Effective communication of program and financial information.
