As a Program Financial Analyst at CACI, you will play a crucial role in supporting Special Operations Forces (SOF) by developing fiscal plans, managing budgetary processes, and driving the development of emerging capabilities. This position requires a deep understanding of financial management, budgeting, and the intricacies of the Department of Defense (DoD) and SOF environments. You will be responsible for executing budget plans that support capability development and operational activities, monitoring and analyzing budget obligations, expenditures, and reimbursements, and preparing financial reports while identifying discrepancies in budget execution. Additionally, you will perform disbursing operations for SOF, review and process financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance, reconcile accounts, and identify corrective actions. Auditing financial documents for completeness and accuracy will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with in-depth knowledge of budget formulation, execution, and financial management principles. Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting is essential, as is an understanding of DoD, USSOCOM, and GCC policies and procedures. You should have the ability to analyze data and develop recommendations, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. An active Top Secret (TS) clearance with Secret Compartmentalized Information (SCI) eligibility is required, along with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph. This position demands a strong understanding of financial management principles and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills being crucial for success.
