About the position

BryceTech is seeking an experienced Program Financial Integrator to support our US Space Force, Space Systems Command (SSC) customer. This role is critical in providing space acquisitions, engineering, operations, and technical advice and assistance for various projects and programs throughout the acquisition life cycle. The successful candidate will support program acquisition efforts for advanced technology, future concept development, and integration activities, advising the Government on cost, schedule, and performance matters. The Program Financial Integrator will be responsible for supporting the Government program manager on commitments, obligations, and expenditures of funds, performing earned value management and schedule analysis in support of program office defense contracts. A deep understanding of how classified funding is distributed is essential, as the role includes providing Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) support, which encompasses congressional reporting, fiscal year planning, continuing resolution management, unfunded requirement development and submission, end-of-year funding actions, and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development. Additionally, the role requires providing subject matter expertise in support of Integrated Baseline Reviews and Business Financial Reviews, offering insights into program defense contractor cost and schedule performance issues by utilizing Government-accepted best practices and guidelines. The Program Financial Integrator will also assist the Government in reviewing and analyzing packages delivered in support of DoD programs, including Program Contractor Status Reports, Contract Performance Reports, Integrated Master Schedules, and other technical data packages. This involves analyzing, reconciling, identifying discrepancies, recommending corrective actions, tracking findings, and advising the government on resolutions. Participation in DCMA surveillance reviews and evaluations of surveillance reports and assessments performed by the Agency on Program Contractors' earned value management processes is also a key responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Provide PPBE support, including congressional reporting, fiscal year planning, and unfunded requirement development.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in support of Integrated Baseline Reviews/Business Financial Reviews.
  • Assist the Government with reviewing and analyzing packages delivered in support of DoD programs.
  • Analyze, reconcile, identify discrepancies, recommend corrective action, and track findings.
  • Participate in DCMA surveillance reviews and provide evaluations of surveillance reports.

Requirements

  • Over 10 years of relative experience in program financial integration.
  • Experience with and in-depth knowledge of the generation and analysis of Earned Value Management data.
  • Experience utilizing the MS Office Suite of Tools.
  • Experience utilizing the Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaRs).
  • Must have a valid TS/SCI license and current SCI access.
