About the position

The Program Integrator at Geost plays a crucial role in integrating and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence, driving accountability and fostering collaboration to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the business area director in reporting program activities across multiple functional areas to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress against key milestones and deliverables.
  • Conduct data analysis and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process optimization.
  • Manage cost accounts and implement earned value management techniques for monitoring project financials.
  • Drive accountability among team members, ensuring deadlines are met and high-quality work is delivered.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead regular project reviews and status meetings, providing updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the risk and opportunity manager for all business area programs, proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Assist or manage daily critical chain for programs and execute daily program cadence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • An active U.S. Government Security Clearance or the ability to obtain a TS Clearance.
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in project management or project coordination, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with cost account management and earned value management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and hold teams accountable for meeting commitments.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience as a Program Manager or Deputy Program Manager.
  • Experience working with large defense contractors.
