About the position

The Program Integrity Manager at Deloitte plays a crucial role in helping government agencies protect taxpayer money by addressing fraud, waste, and abuse. This position involves managing complex projects, providing analytic expertise, and leading teams to ensure the integrity of federal and state/local programs. The role requires strong leadership, client relationship management, and a deep understanding of healthcare analytics and federal healthcare policy.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects.
  • Provide project and career counseling/coaching, oversight, and support for delivery teams and staff.
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with clients and internal Deloitte team, including leading regularly recurring meetings and managing staff hours and assignments.
  • Direct analytic approach strategy and provide analytic expertise to staff and clients.
  • Display both breadth and depth of knowledge regarding functional and technical issues.
  • Display leadership and business judgment in anticipating client/project needs and developing alternative solutions.
  • Provide expertise and develop capacity in healthcare analytics to support federal and state/local program integrity efforts.
  • Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities providing input and guidance into the staffing process.
  • Support business development and proposal creation/management, client service, and project management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience managing senior-level client relationships.
  • Experience managing and building capacity in analytics teams.
  • Expertise in federal healthcare policy, Medicare and/or Medicaid claims data, and program integrity.
  • Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical).
  • Experience with Fraud Analytics.
  • Experience leading and managing interdisciplinary teams of junior and mid-level analysts.
  • Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experience.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
