About the position

The Program Management Analyst, Senior will support the PMA-263 Small Tactical Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program Office at NAS Patuxent River, MD. This hybrid position involves applying analytic techniques to evaluate program objectives, analyzing requirements, budgets, and schedules, and providing comprehensive program management support. The role includes coordination with various stakeholders, data management, and preparation of critical documentation and briefings.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the PMA-263 UAS Integration Coordinator.
  • Analyze program/project objectives and requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
  • Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.
  • Collect, organize, and interpret data related to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
  • Track program/project status and schedules.
  • Support ETMS2 Tasking assessment and consolidate material from multiple teams.
  • Assist in the coordination and submission of Congressional Responses and Program Objective Memorandum (POM).
  • Prepare meeting agendas and participate in various program-related meetings.
  • Coordinate with other Program Manager offices and military services to align program plans and technologies.
  • Support planning activities and present funding or acquisition strategies.
  • Perform analyses of contract proposals and technical changes.
  • Provide recommendations for program execution and spend plan development.

Requirements

  • MA/MS degree in a business-related or technical discipline with over 10 years of experience.
  • Experience providing UAS subject matter expertise to senior leadership.
  • Ability to collect, organize, and interpret data related to UAS acquisition and product programs.
  • Experience in tracking program/project status and schedules.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience supporting a Program Office and Requirements Officers in developing briefings.
  • Experience in analytic techniques for program/project objectives.
  • Experience performing management, technical, or business case analyses.
  • 3-5 years of UAS knowledge and experience, specifically small tactical (Groups 1 through 3).
  • Knowledge of advanced sensors and payloads.
  • Knowledge of the PPBE process.
  • Knowledge of UAS ISR Systems.
  • Knowledge of USMC DC CD&I and DC P&R policies and processes.
