About the position

The Program Management Analyst at IntelliBridge LLC plays a crucial role in supporting a federal client's security threat assessment mission. This position involves evaluating, optimizing, and sharing information regarding program performance, standards, and policies. The analyst will utilize both quantitative and qualitative assessments to provide insights, make recommendations, and support necessary program changes. Additionally, the role includes identifying and documenting future program needs.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and optimize program performance, standards, and policies.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative assessments to perform analysis.
  • Make program recommendations and support program changes as necessary.
  • Identify, analyze, document, and propose solutions for future program needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders, gathering feedback and providing updates.
  • Develop and maintain business guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and risk assessment documents.
  • Ensure the accuracy of written materials and documentation to meet client standards.
  • Manage timelines and track progress to support team objectives and drive process improvements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a relevant field with a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree, or 15 years of experience without a degree.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in conveying detailed analysis and recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record in producing varied written products and reports.
  • High level of organization and professional maturity, with experience in managing and improving business processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining business guides and SOPs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a national security or transportation security-related mission.
  • Experience in threat investigations.
  • Experience dealing with Known or Suspected Terrorists (KSTs) and/or KST associates.
  • Experience briefing peers and/or superiors on work products or topics.
