This position is part of an enterprise governance group that provides support to Freddie Mac divisions on Third Party Risk Management through capability development, project management, reporting, systems, and advisory services. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who enjoys leading, influencing outcomes, and defining how technology, business, and enterprise functions partner together. The Enterprise Third Party Office is currently seeking a Director to be responsible for management of a portfolio of significant and varied projects within the third party risk area, including change management, new capabilities and initiatives, process re-engineering, program budget development, and system implementation. This position manages a team and has oversight of the purpose, status, and plans of all projects within the portfolio as well as cross-project dependencies. You will engage directly with team members to ensure the success of each individual subordinate project and the achievement of business outcomes collectively. You will also establish operational objectives, formal implementation and detailed work plans, and high-level business requirements, with delegation of assignments to subordinate project managers. This role requires strong communication and conflict management skills, as well as the ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate impacts, scope, risks, and issues for complex enterprise projects. You will be expected to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences to ensure quality solutions and maintain regular interaction with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning budget and projects.
