About the position

The Project Manager position at Sellers & Associates, LLC involves overseeing project management activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives, and providing management oversight for contractors and consultants. Responsibilities

  • Provide management oversight for contractors and consultants, focusing on cost, schedule, and daily project activities.
  • Lead the design process to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Conduct scheduled meetings to review project status and create punch lists.
  • Support customer activities related to installation, modification, and upgrades to facilities.
  • Develop and recommend schematics, designs, specifications, and material lists.
  • Oversee on-site installation and upgrades of equipment, ensuring compliance with testing procedures.
  • Create project schedules and assign tasks to meet project timelines.
  • Ensure fulfillment of maintenance contracts and proper documentation of services.
  • Facilitate working groups to address project requirements.
  • Prepare cost estimates and programming data to support facility missions.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while coordinating with government and contractor engineers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years professional experience in Program/Project Management.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as installation drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as interpersonal skills to interact with customers, team members, and upper management.
  • Self-starter that can work under general direction in a highly collaborative, team-based environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Minimum Security Clearance: Secret.
