The Program Management Office Analyst IV at American Systems is responsible for providing project administration support services, including data review, reporting, project coordination, and budget review. Responsibilities

  • Perform project administration support services involving data review and reporting.
  • Coordinate project tasks and assist the Project Manager in planning and managing projects.
  • Schedule data reviews and budget reviews with participants.
  • Track project tasks and statuses, ensuring timelines are met.
  • Monitor project timelines and track document submissions.
  • Create and maintain audit files for project documentation.
  • Identify and communicate project risks to stakeholders.
  • Compile data for metrics and reporting.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related scientific/technical discipline (preferred)
  • Three years of related experience in project management support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
