The position at Veolia North America is designed to support the CEO of the Regulated Utility Business by acting as a strategic partner to the Utility Executive Team. This role is pivotal in enhancing communication and collaboration among the executive leadership, which includes presidents and vice presidents. The individual will be responsible for managing the flow of information and ensuring that the executives are well-informed about company initiatives and issues. This position requires a proactive approach, as the individual will need to facilitate strategic planning meetings, manage the agenda for Executive Committee meetings, and provide recommendations to improve teamwork among department leaders. In addition to these responsibilities, the role involves developing key processes, pulling necessary data, and creating compelling presentations and business review materials that span various functions. The individual will act as a force multiplier for the Executive Team, stepping in to manage ad hoc processes and strategic initiatives as needed. This behind-the-scenes role demands a high level of trust and confidentiality, as the individual will be privy to sensitive information and will need to maintain the confidence of all stakeholders involved. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and will be expected to travel as needed to various utilities across states such as New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Rhode Island, and Idaho.
