About the position

The Program Management Senior Advisor role at Qualcare, Inc. is a senior contributor position focused on leading cross-functional operational and project initiatives within the Health Services and Revenue Management Business. This role requires collaboration with various teams to achieve strategic objectives through effective project management and communication. The advisor will work closely with leadership to drive execution of business-critical initiatives and ensure successful delivery of analytic products.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the HSRM leadership team on day-to-day operations to drive execution of business-critical initiatives.
  • Work with cross-enterprise teams to develop data-driven strategies and articulate a clear vision for achieving strategic goals.
  • Develop roadmaps with specific actions needed to achieve goals across all lines of business.
  • Prioritize and commit funding and resources to complete actions and resolve resource gaps.
  • Evaluate actions to ensure they achieve intended goals and partner to generate future strategy and revision plans.
  • Lead and organize specific focused projects to achieve departmental and broader GBS Segment goals.
  • Deliver project outcomes through storytelling and creative visualization methods to communicate value propositions.
  • Partner with local markets and matrix partners to ensure successful communication and delivery of analytic products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing multiple aspects of business operations.
  • Healthcare experience, with Medicare experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically think through situations and anticipate future consequences and trends.
  • General experience with a broad range of business functions and systems, including Strategic Development and Planning, Budgeting, Business Analysis, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, and Health Services.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding goals.
  • High level business acumen with evidence of sound decision making.
  • Exceptional capacity for managing and leading people and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
  • Capacity to enforce accountability and understand team strengths and weaknesses.
  • Dedicated to meeting stakeholder expectations and requirements.
  • Enterprise thinker with proven ability to influence across a matrixed environment.
  • Effective communicator with strong persuasion skills.
