About the position

The Program Manager 3-ProdDev role at Oracle focuses on building and expanding the Capacity Management program. This position involves tracking customer capacity requests, supporting expansion into new regions, ensuring tenancy limits are maintained, engaging with stakeholders for capacity projections, and producing detailed reports for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Track customers' production and non-production capacity requests and projections.
  • Support expansion into new realms and regions.
  • File tickets to ensure tenancy limits are in good standing.
  • Engage with various stakeholders to ensure capacity projections are up to date.
  • Work with internal teams to make capacity reservations at the datacenter level.
  • Produce detailed utilization and cost reports for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Systematic problem-solving approach with strong communication skills.
  • Experience with production operations.
  • Strong team player with outstanding communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort with complex, rapidly evolving software development environments.
  • Experience running large scale customer-facing web services.
  • Working knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
